The border has a smooth finish with rounded edges. It frames a black velour center area that holds a quartz clock. The clock is situated toward the top of the frame. It has a large antique white ideal with a polished brass bezel and walnut border. Below the clock, this recognition plaque includes a personalized black and brass engraving plate.
