The fountain pen includes a plunger piston converter to hold the ink (you'll need to fill this with bottled ink once you receive it). It can also be used with an ink cartridge, which you can add to your order for an additional $3.00. Each can be laser engaved with the name or text of your choice. The hinged box has a foam inlay with a velour lining and cutouts for the writing instruments. The box can be laser engraved with the custom message of your choice as well.
