Since this was a personalized gavel and I actually wanted something differently engraved than described, I called the company and the support team graciously listened to me and immediately answered my questions and was able to engrave it per my request. They went above and beyond. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I originally bought this for my boss, but it never made it to him because I resigned from my position at my job. I did keep it and I donated the gavel to a local VFW as they use these gavels at vetern and auxiliary meetings. The one they had was very old and this 1 replaces it and they gracefully took it and I told them the truth that it was originally a gift for my boss and it didn't work out so I wanted to donate it and they love it. It's made very well.

I ordered this gavel set and I was a little stressed out, when I hit submit. I called in to inquire about the font, the sizing, and asked if it looked okay. The gentleman that I spoke with let me know that everything looked amazing, confirmed that the text (made sure the spelling) was correct, and was just overall nice.
