There was a problem a while ago with eel wallets and credit card. The cards could not touch the eel. Is this still a issue and does the card touch the eel skin?

The credit card slots now have a smooth fabric lining so there are no issues with inserting and removing credit cards. On older models of eel skin wallets, the slots had eel skin on the inside which can stick to credit cards. They are no fabric lined and credit cards go in and out smoothly.

I am interested in purchasing this wallet, but want to personalize it. When I check the "personalize" box some text pops up saying "font" and "size," neither of which I can click on. How can I personalize?

The personalization is only done in the times new roman font and is only available in the one size. If you enter your personalization instructions to the left of these fields, you can get a rough preview of what it will look like.

(This is Ellen again, just wanted to give a heads up - I think there might be a glitch in the website with the personalization of this item. I ended up purchasing the trifold version of this wallet, and the text boxes popped up right away for that one when I checked Personalize. No text boxes appeared for me with this item; I tried from both my mobile phone and my laptop.)
