Solid purchase

I gave this as a gift for our wedding anniversary. He liked it. It was made well and came on the day promised. The only thing that would make it better would be bolder engraving, and there was a tiny bit of glue showing around the placard (it came right off). Happy with the purchase!

Great flask. No complaints.

The ordering process, delivery timing and cost are easy, fast and reasonable. I bought this as a stocking stuffer gift after my husband lost his last flask. When it arrived I was surprised at the weight, it seems almost too light but I attribute that to technology and quality. The leather wrap was nothing special and the engraving was as ordered. Save further review once it is used.

Ordered this item for a Birthday gift. Found that the engraved letters were very hard to determine what the letters were. I was very impressed that someone immediately contacted me back "Peter". Peter was very helpful and gave me excelent feedback on how to solve the issue with the letters. I was able to reorder the flask at no extra cost, and have new engraving. They also shipped it so I could have it in time for the birthday party. I was totally impressed with the customer service, would totally recommend this to anyone that is unsure if they should order online. They stand behind their service. bought this for my husband and he loves it! The block engraving (three initials) filled the space perfectly (I was afraid it would be too small). The flask is very distinguished looking, and has a great quality feel.

The flask seems good for now. I like the looks of them, my only complaint is that the monogram engraving is very faint. You have to look at it in just the right angle to see it really good.

flask looks great. it came with black stitching instead of the white stitching it mentions. The engraving looked really good.

Great product but I was even more impressed by the customer service (which is rare these days). I accidentally put the initals in the wrong order for the monogram. When I received the product I emailed them about my error. They immediately sent out a replacement flask with the correct monogram, free of charge. Wonderful, will definitely recommend this website!

I only did one line of engraving and was worried that it would turn out to be small but it was not, the engraving was big and good looking. One of the flask had an incorrect letter engraved. I sent an email and had the correct replacement within two days, no problems and no charge! Overall I am very happy with this company ans would use them again

This flask is pretty darn good quality for the price. Its perfect for a gift, but might not be for weddings and such because the personalization is kind of weak. engraving is a little too small to be immediately noticeable. Other than that, i like this product. would buy from executive gift shoop again
