Is the color of the text red? Can the text be a different color like gold?

There actually is no color to the engraving other than what is exposed underneath the chrome plating, which is like a rose gold. We etch away the top coat with our diamond tip engraver. This leaves a rose gold tone text behind.

Verified BuyerI ordered this item for a friend's birthday and when it came the engraving was not what I specified (I believe it was cut down due to the font size I chose being too large). I contacted customer service via email letting them know what happened and that the gift was for a friend whose birthday was in the upcoming week. They responded quickly and sent out a corrected card holder the very same day (a Friday). I received the card holder today (Monday) and it is beautiful. My friend will surely love it and I will definitely be ordering from this company in the future.
