You cannot put a bottle of pinot or chardenay in the box its to small we had intents to buy 12 but cannot now due to the size

I'm so sorry. This is the only bag we have that officially carries three bottles of wine, but it is three standard size bottles. Our two bottle holders can holder large bottles if you would consider one of those. If you would, we'd be happy to exchange one of the two bottle holders for you. Just let us know at help@executivegiftshoppe.com if you'd like to try that.

The tote is actually too small to hold 3 bottles of wine, even though it has slots for three. And the lining tore the first time I used it.

We're so sorry about that. Size wise, it is made to hold three standard size bottles, which are slim. It is possible you received a defective one.
