This knife is great. The only problem that I had was the engraving did NOT arrive as it appeared on the website. Be aware of this. I ordered this knife with my boyfriend's name engraved on it and the letters were much larger in person. It also looked like a completely different font. It was not times new roman because the times new roman letters have feet on them. They were also not as italicized as on the website, at all. I was really disappointed when I received the knife, and didn't have time to do much about it since it was a Christmas gift. I contacted customer service and Peter took a long time to respond to my emails. After a phone call and a few exchanges, Peter finally conceded and said I could return the item for a refund. However, I think that I should have been offered a full refund even without returning it. The item's engraving sample on the website was completely misleading and that's not acceptable for a company.
