I thought I was getting a black one, when I really got a dark grey one. I feel the picture is misleading to customers as what colour they're ordering. I've already talked to Peter about this but I thought you should also know. I also wouldn't call it "black ice" if it's not black.
I also left a voicemail about this product but nobody got back to me.

I'm so sorry I didn't return your call, I had answered your email before seeing you left a voice mail message. We are sorry for any confusion, the black ice is a shiny charcoal finish, not a jet black finish.
