I was disappointed with the engraving of the name, which looked unprofessional. The box condition was okay. It did not look like something you would give an executive or professional.

I purchased this item for my boss (who is the President of the company) and I figured coming from �€œexecutive gift shoppe�€ it would be amazing quality. I received this and the wooden box itself was damaged. Also, the name engraving was less than perfect. It looked like someone attempted to engrave with their non-dominate hand. For $70 I am very disappointed, especially because of who it�€™s being given to. I expected a certain level of quality that I just didn�€™t receive.

I would only recommend to a friend if they were mentally prepared for the box not to be that great of quality

Overall, very pleased with this purchase! The well cut monogram, red-hued wood, as well as excellent inside padding makes it look upscale and classy. The shaker, tongs, strainer, and stirrer are good quality as well. My two small caveats were: 1. although I loved the personalized name font and size, the carving itself did not look too polished/clean cut like the monogram was - it's not terribly noticeable since the rest of the product still makes the set look fancy and high-quality. 2. the clasp it comes with seems a wee bit unstable and easy to break- just be aware of this and be careful of how you open it each time. Again, small caveats on an overall excellent, meaningful house-warming, birthday, or other occasion gift that I would buy again! Also came very well packaged!
