The interior is divided into three large pockets, one with Blackberry or palm pilot pocket and three pen loops, the second zippered closed and the third with a half pocket, one of its two compartments zipped closed. The back zips open to reveal a three-ring binder and a pad holder. An organizer lines this compartment, with a business card holder, six bank or credit card slots, ID window, a cell phone holder with a belt clip and four pen loops.
